Course Description: The course consists of one lecture per week (Monday, 1:00 - 1:50 PM in room 5) and one lab period per week (either Monday or Wednesday, 2:00 - 4:50 PM).
Suggested Texts:  
methods of experimental physics: "Experiments in Modern Physics", Melissinos and Napolitano (important for senior lab as well)
statistical methods: "Data Analysis for Physical Science Students:, Lous Lyons (my personal favorite)
"Data Reduction and Error Analysis for the Physical Sciences", P. Bevington, D. Robinson (the updated classic)
